RESOURCES FOR TODAY:

For your research & the poster, consider these questions:
What % of the population is immigrants?
What ‘type’ of immigrants are the largest group? (family, work, refugee, etc)
Different treatment for different ‘types’ of immigrants?
Can you travel there easily (how easy to obtain travel visa or equivalent)?
How about get a green card (or an equivalent)?
How hard is it to become a citizen (documents, legal permanent resident status, process, approx time etc)?
Can you have dual citizenship?
Is there a quota system? How many immigrants do they let in a year? How is this decided?
Any other interesting info? Is it hard to leave once you’re there? Is there racial bias in the processes?

***FOR THE POSTER - write large & use bullets - if you can't answer all questions, that's OK!***
